"Went great. On time, great work. Went over and above what needed to be done. Had several bids and they were very reasonable. I will use them again on my other brick properties."

"Removed brick veneer from one section of our house and installed in another area. They installed stone top caps on a brick half wall across the entire front of our house and white washed brick. They also repaired our brick chimney and brick HVAC exhaust stack."

"My request for a chimney tuck pointing bid was handled promptly, everything was clearly explained, and the bid was very reasonable. James arrived on the agreed upon start date. James is very personable, does excellent work, and we highly recommend Milburn Building Maintenance. As a matter of fact, we will be using MBM again for some driveway repair."

"They showed up on time everyday. Friendly, respectful, and easy to talk to. My foundation has been dry since they?ve done work on it. Would hire again!"

"Beautiful work and very professional! I highly recommend and will be using them again for future projects!! Thank you again!"

"The designer, Eric, was great and very knowledgeable about plants. He is always ready to answer any questions I have. The design for my landscaping is just what I needed. I would recommend them to those who ask."

"I could not be happier with the final product! The first pic is the old bathroom from the 60s when the house was built. The rest are the final rebuild and it looks great. I would highly recommend VMK Remodeling for any project that you might have. I am also going to get a bid on redoing the deck on the back of the house as Vince's company does decks as well! Thanks to his great crew as well, great people to work with."

"It was 94 degrees the day they were supposed to come in the afternoon. I thoroughly expected them to cancel and reschedule for a cooler day, but no, they came and worked steady until the job was done!"
