Since the meter was still ticking when Billy arrived, he located the water leak and decided to bypass the leak entirely with new equipment. That way, we both had time to figure out our next steps to repair while the water meter was not consistently running. Then, he brought in excavation equipment, demolished and removed the debris that same day.
