"Job entailed demolition and replacement of a long brick wall built on a steep incline, also to build a concrete patio and install a safety fence. Brick wall was over 1000 bricks and the incline made the design much more complicated. Pedro and crew worked mostly weekends and evenings in order to move me up in their schedule - something much appreciated by me. End cost was exactly equal to the agreed to proposal - no surprises. Area was cleaned up well at completion. I'm more than satisfied and have recommended Pedro and crew to two other friends."

They showed me some patio pictures, helped me on the pattern design, and listened to my request for reuse some old bricks. The patio was done in the planned schedule, and look very nice. They did great job. One thing might be improved is the communication. They seems busy in the summer time. Sometimes, I didn't receive response or receive response late for emails and calls."

It was a difficult job because the brick house is 45 years old and the original brick was painted several different shades of tan and beige. I did have some of the original brick from installing a sliding glass door but other contractors said it would be too much work to clean the motar off the old bricks and reuse them. Sadie went the extra mile to go to 3 different brick yards to find bricks that match as closely as possible and he did clean up and reuse as many of the original bricks as he could.
