Quinton followed up the next day with a "line item" bid that reflected all of the specifics discussed on our walk through. He also patiently and promptly addressed a multitude of questions and concerns that we had. Likewise, the office personnel (Ashley) followed up by reviewing and verifying the scope of work. Next, the scheduler (Brandon) called to identify the two technicians that would be dispatched. Andy and Jose were punctual. In short order they had assessed the scope of work, placed their dropcloths, and with "coordinated " purpose got right to work. Eight hours later (with only a brief break) Andy and Jose had masterfully completed the job! With all the improvements and repairs (a new low-profile...cleverly placed gas shut-off valve and the hearth stone artfully restored to include gas fireplace logs reinstalled with thoughtful precision) the work area was left clean and you would be hard pressed to know that we had workmen here all day.
