The previous owners of our house had done some beautiful and expensive hardscaping and landscaping probably 40 years ago, but it was all badly in need of renovation when we bought the house a few years ago. We wanted to restore it all and make a few improvements rather than start over, and Mike was fully on board with that approach from the moment he arrived. All I had to do was show him what needed to be addressed, and he immediately knew the right way to handle everything, including how to address all our concerns about pitch and drainage, since our property slopes down from the street. He restored our property and made it even more beautiful that we imagined it could be. In particular, he had the idea of covering our existing concrete walkways and steps with blue stone instead of demolishing and pouring new concrete--it cost about the same, is gorgeous, and goes perfectly with house and front yard area. But everything he did looks like it was meant to be here--nothing looks like an add-on. In addition to his great design ideas, Mike was very engaged and responsive. Not only does he have a great crew, but he was at our house almost every day checking their work, having them fix details that weren't to his standards, and walking me through what was done and what would be done next. And he always responded quickly to calls and texts to address any questions or concerns we had. This was a huge investment for us and needed to be done right, and Mike did exactly that. We were in very safe hands with Mike and recommend him without reservation."

"Our front yard needed some structure. Gadi helped design and build two entry pillars in stone masonry, plus a new walkway to the door. The old path was narrow and cracked, and the new one is wide and fits the property better. The pillars gave us a real entrance feel. They also ran low-voltage lights inside the pillars so they light-up at night. It's not flashy, just clean and sharp. The stone matches the front steps, and everything feels like it belongs now. "Coming off an eleven-month whole house Interior Remodel, Rudy and Isaac were first contacted to review our initial hard scape plans for our front and backyard. They provided invaluable input as we finalized a scope of approximately 1900 sf of pavers, 50 lf of planter wall, built-in BBQ island and landscape lighting. We got ideas and bids from no less than five companies. We picked Paramount Pavers as our contractor, and we are very happy with the results. As our 5-7 week project progressed, we were in constant communication with Isaac. This was one of the better aspects of the project. Isaac was always a text response away. He always returned our requests promptly. Minor scope changes were mutually agreed upon and made for an improved project. We were not 'nickel and dimed' for change orders. The additional scope costs were reasonable, and some costs were absorbed by Paramount. As our project concluded, we added a pretty significant second phase of woodwork and gate replacement. We didn't hesitate to contract Paramount Pavers again without rebidding.
