"I had 5 other contractors over to inspect my problem that was a section of brick wall on my 1926 house that pulled away. Joe inspected and had knowledge of the condition and how it would be fixed. He and his crew arrived and set to work. They removed the section of brick piece by piece, saving all the pieces to reinstall. I wanted to replace the original brick on my house. They re-set all the brick,repairing the entire section of the house. New window lentals and new stone window sills were installed. Also addressed cracks and missing mortar around the entire house, repointing what was needed. They also repaired front porch brick and chimney stone. The crew worked like a fine oiled machine and cleaned up each evening. Iâ ve never had a contractor that I was so pleased with on all respects. "Martinez Brick came the following day to inspect my “3 sidewalk squares” for replacement. He told me the 4th one should also be replaced, as it was elevated. He gave me a price for 4 squares that was less than a competitors price for 3. Then he said that he would cut $400 off if I could do it “this Saturday”, a date at his convenience because he had a job close by. I said “great!” It rained Saturday and he couldn’t pour cement in the rain. He said “I’ll be there Tuesday”, and I’m honoring the discounted price. Okay. Monday night he called and said he will come Wednesday for sure because he doesn’t want his workers pouring cement in 98 degree heat! I like a boss who cares about his employees. He came on Wednesday and did a PERFECT job!"
