The owner is very busy, but his crew should have been able to stop by and remove the forms themselves. Also had to walk project area after completion for hazards due to left behind material (saw blade and screws) I have dogs and did not want anything to happen to them."

Concrete areas have to be re-done by another company because it has cracked within days to weeks of it being placed. Concrete splashed on retaining wall which was never removed/cleaned by Andres. Paint on fencing chips away easily. He said he would remove the splashed concrete off the wall but never returned to finish the job. As I stated earlier, I have to pay $3K+ to have the concrete done again. Haven't gone through an entire rain season so still don't know how the drainage system works or not. Would never hire him again."
