"I had three different chimney companies come out for estimates, including Bricks. Bricks was the only one that bothered to actually thoroughly inspect my two fireplaces and wide chimney, discovering that one of my dampers was broken and more. The whole chimney needed to be stuccoed because the veneer stone on it was falling apart, and previous owners had covered a lot of it (foolishly) in roof tar. Bricks was the only company that thoroughly explained everything wrong, without using scare tactics. They were nice and patient, and I’m confident if anything goes wrong with the repair, they’d come out to fix it. It was a pricey job, but doing things right is often pricey. Worth it, though."

"The coordination between the Driveway Lady and her partner/husband was not good. It felt like she was making promises and he was trying to cut corners. He tried to skimp on landscape fabric and on rolling (compacting) the stone until I insisted otherwise. I discovered after they left that his men had dumped about a ton of our old gravel base in the arborvitae bushes that line the far end of our long driveway. They also spread the stone unevenly, so that now, just a month later, weeds are coming up in some spots. While I personally like these people, I would not recommend them."

"It went great. They were responsive and thoughtful. We have worked with lots of landscapers and designers but their creativity and suggestions were great. We requested a unique design. They had good ideas and honest advice. They were able to help us find a great vision for our space. They had some fun plant ideas and their stonework was great. It was completed before I even noticed. We had some 100 year old stone wall and and they fixed it no problem. It looks like it must've looked when it was first built. The stone work was a great and valuable restoration of a space that has a meaningful historic look. They were punctual and deliberate. I interacted with 6 staff members in total and they were all friendly and knowledgeable. Modern billing options. Text Messaging, Email, or Calling were all options with quick responses. I would hire again, but with our low maintenance lawn and garden, I don't think we'll need much help until our next big project. I know they are available though."

"If you want a lifetime roof done right with no worries for the rest of your life, then go with Paddy's. Their Timberline HD lifetime roof system is the best in the industry. Charlie was great. He called after the roof was complete to assure me that if I ever had a problem with the roof, to give Paddy's a call. The install took 1.5 days and the cleanup was very thorough. Its all about the details and Paddy's delivered the details with great customer service. I could not be happier with the process and the results. "Dixon and his team did a fantastic job! We had a flagstone patio installed, new planters in the front, and gutter piped away from the home. I could not believe how fast they got things installed. Dixon as other reviewers noted is very knowledgeable. If you have questions on plants or general engineering...he knows it. We had concern about some of the stone installed and he quickly fixed the concern..no questions but explained why the marks were there. He is honest and you can trust what he is saying. After meeting him, we did not even bid the project out. Phase 2 will start next year."
