"This is my second review of work performed by Rock 'n Gardens. Our first project—a large walkway/patio/entry installation--was so successful that we contracted for a short matching walkway to the front door with the leftover stone. The design challenge in this second project was to artfully tie the new work into three massive existing stone slabs so that the walkway would complement the scale of the existing slabs while not overwhelming the front of the house. Once again, we are delighted with the finished job. As with our first experience, professionalism, communication, and timeliness throughout this project were top notch. In fact, with a cold snap predicted, the Rock 'n Gardens crew, on their own initiative, arranged to finish the installation on a Saturday before the bad weather hit. That's above and beyond in my book. When we are ready for more stonework, we will definitely be calling Rock 'n Gardens."

"Mike Sheehan responded to my inquiry on Angie's List. He came for an estimate on June 11 . The work started on June 27 and was finished on June 28. There were 3 workers working nonstop for 2 days. The old steps were taken off and the stone steps were put on. They really give a new look to the house. My neighbors gave me complements on the work."

"My husband and I chose to work with Tyler and his crew after having spoken with a few companies to have foundation and brick work completed. Our chimney also ended up needing to be replaced. Those companies either could not do all the work we requested or quickly looked over our 84 year old brick home and just sent a quote. Tyler immediately responded and took a genuine interest in our project. I'm an individual with a rare illness and have a ramp in front of the house. A number of bricks needed to be removed from around the ramp area and Tyler did a tremendous job fixing this issue without moving the ramp. "Before we decided to hire Anton's team from European Craftsman and Remodeling to power wash the exterior of our log home and put two new coats of stain on it, we did a good deal of shopping around. Our past experience had taught us that we needed to be extra careful with the professionalism of the painter we wanted to hire. My husband and I received a few estimates and we didn't go for the lowest bid. Instead, we were struck by Anton's professional knowledge and sensed that he was probably the guy we needed. And we were right. Anton was punctual, responsible, and observed the terms of our contract. He made sure that the stain be applied evenly across the log by using a special equipment to spray the surface and the result has been fantastic. "Took 3 visits but was well worth the time, attention and patience to get the job done right. First day was inspection and quote for repairs/materials. Work started that day to patch the cement crown that was cracked and channeling water down one side of the chimney eroding bricks. A bowed metal plate on the chimney to shed water between the two flue caps was flattened and sealed with cement so it did not show from the ground and so flies would stop entering into the house thru one of the flues. Crumbling mortar was replaced between bricks and bricks were waterproofed. The chimney was measured and the cap to cover the entire chimney was ordered. The 2nd visit got rained out. The 3rd visit was a good weather day and the cap was assembled, installed and cemented in place. It is amazing how strong the animal guard around the 4 sides of the chimney is. The crew at all times was friendly, courteous & very competent being careful to do the entire project as if it was their home."
