"The crew did a great job repairing the retaining wall and a few brick steps that was damaged by a fallen tree. Would definitely hire them again for future jobs."

"The outdoor kitchen project had been on our list for years, but we wanted it done right. Way To Go Builders, under Miki's supervision, poured a concrete base, installed paver surfacing, and faced the kitchen island with natural stone veneer. The attention to detail - from the joint alignment to the gas line integration - was remarkable. The finished space fits the architecture perfectly and gives us a true entertaining area, not just a patio."

"I recently hired Encore Builders for a complete overhaul of my swimming pool, including new plaster and coping, and Iâ m absolutely thrilled with the results! From start to finish, the entire project was handled with professionalism, expertise, and a true commitment to quality. The main goal of this project was to refresh the aging plaster in our pool. The pool was starting to look icky and I had seen some other revival projects done by Encore Builders. The crew came over and worked their magic. The plaster was applied beautifully and smoothly. The end result is stunning â the water looks so clear and glistens in the sun!!! The coping around our pool also needed attention, and Encore Builders didnâ t disappoint. They offered a range of stone and tile options, helping us choose a coping style that complemented the new plaster and the overall aesthetic of our backyard. I didnâ t want much surrounding stone as I also wanted some artificial grass so my dogs can play and the surrounding stone makes the backyard look so much bigger! Brandon and Oz are a godsend!!! If youâ re looking to upgrade or revitalize your pool, I highly recommend Encore Builders. Their commitment to excellence, from design to execution, is unheard of. I canâ t wait to go for a dip in my new upgraded pool! thanks guys!"

"We hired MVP Remodeling to redo our old cracked driveway, and the results are amazing. Joseph was our main point of contact, and he was fantastic throughout the process—communicative, respectful, and very knowledgeable. The crew worked quickly and kept everything clean. The new driveway looks clean and modern. Highly recommend it"

"Mike and his crew did an excellent job with a large cement slab in my backyard. It was done very quickly and it came out beautifully! Thank you!"

"We have a fairly large home (about 5,500 sq ft) and a sizable yard (over 1000 square feet) in a gated community.  We wanted to replace our water-guzzling lawn with paving stones.  The HOA is really particular about vendors but Pacific Outdoor Living surely lived up to the standards of the HOA.  I can't even begin to describe how wonderful the experience was with Pacific Outdoor Living.  We received a bid from another Angie's List vendor which was twice as high as Pacific Outdoor Living.  John Durso from the company came to our home, estimated the job and began the work right away.  They have over 100 people working for this company and they are ALL professional.  I would say that on any given day, we had a crew of about 5-10 guys.  Start to finish, the job was done in about two-and-a-half weeks. They work quickly, effectively and treat each stone as if it was a piece of art.  Seriously, I have never seen this much care taken for any landscaping job.  There was always a foreman or supervisor on site and when I could not be at the house, the supervisor on site that day would text me photos and if there was any question at all about where to put something, they asked.  The communication skills of this company rivals any that I have dealt with anywhere.  For all this professionalism, these people were HALF the cost and at least TWICE the speed that the other vendor would have been.  And they have incredible teamwork...are super-organized; one shift follows another without skipping a beat.  The owner came by the job site a couple of times and he had some suggestions that were really helpful including ideas about cutting out some roots from a neighbor's yard that could, over years, push up the paving stones.  Brilliant.  They also were very patient and respectful working with our gardener to make sure that he understood the changes that would be happening with our sprinkler system.  They made it their business to be there when the gardener had availability to discuss all this, not the other way around.  I also had another mason (someone I've used for years) build a new BBQ island and Pacific Outdoor Living made sure that he had gas and electrical lines routed perfectly to make that job (that Pacific Outdoor Living had nothing to do with) go perfectly.  Now that the job is completed, I can honestly say that I could not be happier and heartily recommend Pacific Outdoor Living."

"I had a side yard that was nothing but dirt. He converted it into a paradise with pavers, turf and planters. His price was very reasonable and his communication was top notch. Always calling and texting with updates."

"Kaster at Permagreen is simply awesome. Where do I begin... First there was a leak in our backyard that constantly drenched parts of it for good 9+ months and couldn't figure out where the water was coming from. When i called permagreen and informed then of the problem we were having, they came out quickly and dug holes in the ground to determine that the water was coming from the house behind us. We were able to contact the neighbor and fix the overwatering problem quickly. We also had permagreen plant several trees along our wall in the backyard to provide us with much needed privacy and they did an awesome job. The crew ran a new sprinkler line and planted 10+ large beautiful trees along our backyard walls at a price we didn't think was possible. Lastly, they were also able to do a quick demolition of large concrete slab when we decided to remove it in the middle of them planting trees. We will definitely be using them again in the near future for our landscape/hardscape needs. We simply can't recommend them enough. If you need someone honest and knowledgeable in any and all landscaping work, give kaster at permagreen a call!"

"Amazingly, it was 90 feet of fencing. He did it piece by piece and even reinforced the bottom so that no "critters" could enter our patio. All was done in 2 days, and he even did a few little touch-up things with the landscape. we are considering having him do a stone wall at the property line shortly. We are very happy with his work"
