We requested a bid from "Chimney Solutions", and a very knowledgeable technician (Quinton) gave us a comprehensive explanation of his approach and an understanding of the skill sets required to have a successful outcome. With all the improvements and repairs (a new low-profile...cleverly placed gas shut-off valve and the hearth stone artfully restored to include gas fireplace logs reinstalled with thoughtful precision) the work area was left clean and you would be hard pressed to know that we had workmen here all day.
