"We had a mish-mash of cracked and heaving concrete, multiple types of pavers and drainage issues. It needed to be fixed and we wanted an aesthetically pleasing yard. The owner of the company, Connor, met with us at our property and discussed the work needed, potential materials and other considerations. He worked WITH us to fully develop the project plan to deliver our vision. Connor was onsite daily, paid attention to detail and communicated effectively. We now have unified walkways integrated with a raised bed garden in a beautiful color way that properly drains water away from the house’s foundation. Also thanks to Connor’s knowledge of hardscaping and observation of parking issues on our property, the paved area near the driveway was installed to handle the weight of a car driving over it. Throughout the project they allocated sufficient time for each treatment to cure and inspected the work before proceeding to the next step. Grady started the project with no money down and only required ongoing payments for materials until the project was well underway. The final payment was due only after they did a final inspection. Total project cost was also below other bids."
