They were efficient, fast, and professional. They are pricey, but you get what you pay for and the customer service is impeccable!!! "We have some touch up work scheduled to close out the job. The installers were great so far. First rate. I am concerned that the sales person told me the "new product" they have now does not rust. I would subsequently discover this is not true, the new bars will rust. Perhaps there is some confusion and a good explanation for a misunderstanding, but I am disappointed. The work looks very good except for the items I hope to have touched up."
