"Brad was professional, punctual and personable. Initially I showed him some bricks that were either loose or totally off our front steps to our house. We also needed some repair on a brick walkway set in mortar. Upon his extra thorough inspection of the steps, many more bricks were slightly loose. He gave me many options. He told me that the labor costs would be more extensive to repair all the bricks on the treads and suggested a solid stone tread. He offered options on this product and layout. The project turned out beautifully and looks like it should have always had the stone on the treads. He also pressure washed and sealed the walkway and stoop vastly improving the look. We built our house in 1995 and this was all original."

"Very very pleased with the detail especially when cutting pavers around our pool deck and following the curves perfectly. Also extremely pleased with the level of consideration and fore thought prior, during and at the end of the process that my wife and i would not have realized but Rock N Block was looking out for us from suggestions, what to avoid and why it all matters. You guys ROCK !!!"

"I am a landscaper that has used Botello for masonry work that was handled amazingly. They were timely, fair, and overall did a great job. I recently used them personally to have my RV gate extended out. The guys showed up right at 7am like they said and unfortunately (due to my poor measuring) we couldnâ  t move the gate because it would of been over property line. I am thankful they measured and analyzed the job before they started any work. The owner of Botello handled the situation great. Very pleased with this company. Will recommend and continue to use in the future. Thanks guys!"

"Backyard and patio remodel was not an easy job but from the estimate to the execution of the project (pavers, stone, outdoor kitchen, walkways, lighting, and pool deck), Mora Construction Team was truly the BEST in the business and we feel lucky to have had them take our project. Hands down, these folks are exceptionally talented and extremely precise about their work. We had them install our massive backyard using travertine. Wow! Stunning work! They were always there and always on time. Communication was on point with every task leaving zero room for error. Feel like our backyard is a resort. Gorgeous! THANK YOU, Victor and the Mora Construction Team!"
To refresh your living room without overspending, focus on cost-effective projects that enhance style and function. Start with simple DIY tasks like painting walls and adding new window treatments. For more complex living room remodeling updates, establishing your budget with a professional general contractor will help your project stay on track.
Remodeling a living room is generally less intensive than updating a kitchen or bathroom, which often involves complex electrical, plumbing, and structural work. Living room projects typically focus on aesthetic and functional improvements that can have a significant impact without extensive renovations. This means living room upgrades often cost less and require less labor, making them a cost-effective way to enhance your home's overall appeal.
