We had Roger and several other masonry contractors out in the spring to give bids on the above described work, and were surprised by how high all the quotes were, so we decided to hold off doing the work until later in the year. While Rogers Masonry was not the lowest of the bids, it was competitive. "The project went smoothly and efficiently. Greg was great with returning phone calls and being adaptable to the work schedule of me and my spouse. It was a daunting project requiring excavation of an old concrete patio, repairing some foundation on the house, laying a newer bigger paved patio with concrete slab on the side, and also a paved stairway with stone steps going up a hill. Everything turned out even better than expected. He is also true to his word about repairs and the warranty of the patio. A few months after the project ended, we had to have a small portion of the patio pulled up for some electric line work. He had his crew come out to level, lay, and tamp the patio stones back into place free of charge. Would highly recommend."

"Unlimited Masonry did a superb job. They were polite and diligent communicators from the minute I contacted them. There quote was reasonable and in line with the other companies I contacted. In fact, they were a bit less expensive than some, even though they were willing to do more repair and brick cleaning than other contractors offered to do. We had two large brick planters attached to our home, which was built in the late 70s. One planter wall had split down the middle and was leaning forward. The other planter wall that frames our entry way and front door was detaching from the house. The front of our house is also made of brick on the lower portion, and there were some cracked bricks on the foundation. Both brick walls were stained. They arrived on time, very cheerful (especially for 7AM) worked steadily, and completed the project before noon. I am so delighted with the improvement to our two brick wall planters and the cracked bricks they replaced on the front of our house. They did an excellent job matching hard to find brick from the 70s. The brick wall planters are now straight and sturdy, and the stains have been removed. I highly recommend this business and would definitely hire them again."

"Kingscapes was one of the first companies to respond for my request for a bid to replace a retaining wall that had been damaged by an automobile accident. They were also one of the cheapest. However, their low price did not at all reflect on the quality of the final product. They were able to get my project in even though it was fairly late in the season. The crew showed up on time, worked hard, and were very professional. The new wall is much better than what it replaced."
