He worked with us in a pleasant and professional manner and his fees were within reason. He made some recommendations as to how to repair the wall and didn't push more than what we needed. He and his helper did the job, on a very hot day no less, cleaned up in entirety and left with no mess behind. He takes pride in the job at hand. They were punctual. They were scheduled for a week or so later, and I called and asked if they could come earlier because they had an opening in their schedule. They like to keep their crews working constantly, and I had really wanted it done as soon as possible. So I agreed. They came and they were right on time. They worked very hard. They always cleaned up after themselves. I mean so many leave a mess or leave a part of it undone. Plus, it just exceeded my expectations of how it looked in the end."

Everything proceeded without a hitch.

It was necessary to cut a hole in the exterior brick in order to access one of the flues and when finished his masonry crew matched the brick perfectly. You cannot tell where the brick was cut.

Everything in the work area was protected so when they finished I didn?t even have any dust to clean up.

"Diversified Contractors was one of four companies that we contacted for design ideas and estimate. Mike Erickson, owner, was the first person to respond and was professional, friendly, and responsive throughout the process. He came out to meet with us to hear about our vision and discuss ideas. Mike was the most prompt with an estimate (including a second one, when I changed my design ideas). He was always very patient and responsive to my many, many questions and ideas and was able to quickly grasp the look and feel we were going for. We decided to move forward with DC because of their responsiveness, recommendations, and reasonable pricing for the work. While the work was delayed due to a very rainy couple of weeks, Mike was very good about communicating throughout the process. The team that came did a very good job with demolition, laying the foundation, and cleaning up after themselves each day; and the stone masons did beautiful work.
