"Hired Black Diamond for site prep and installation of two back yard brick paver patios and walkway. From first contact to project completion was about one month. Michael Martinez provided excellent design suggestions, supervision and communication throughout the project. Project consisted of a little demolition but mostly laying out and paving about 1300 sq. ft. of Belgard paving stones. Workers were very hard working and reliable. Job site cleanup was excellent. In summary, Michael and BD did what they said they would do in a very professional manner. I would certainly recommend Black Diamond to others."

"Number one in communications and top attention in details. We worked with Geico Builders to build our addition, ADU and install pavers on the front of the house. Overall the process took us almost one year they were delays from the city of Oakland on approval plans despite that Victor went above and beyond and smooth all process once they got to actual building. He work hard to make progress easy on our addition especially with tough Inspectors. The quality of our new ADU well-built, and the bathroom has a great tile work with precise attention to details. Their price was not the cheapest one but for the amount of time and quality of work it’s very well deserved, we feel like we got good value for the money we paid. "Excellent work laying out a residential landscape using pine bark with river stone walkways lined by larger rocks creating decorative paths for low maintenance, water conserving and weed free garden access. Also pleased with light carpentry to repair fence gates, reinforce some wobbly fence posts, and also hauling away fallen branches and leaves. Always show up on time, review what is to be done and a walk-through afterwards to be sure I'm satisfied with everything. A polite and professional team.
