"I was looking for a contractor to lay a masonry backsplash in my kitchen. Smart General Contracting came up locally. After contacting them and telling them the measurements and the designs I wanted they told me how long it was going to take for them to make them. When they arrived with the stones they looked gorgeous and the stonework was well done! And they fit perfectly, everything went so smoothly."

"Joe and JB General Contractors have done it again!!! They have exceeded all expectations with the quality of the work and the concierge services. We previously used JB for a sidewalk replacement project in Sept 2023 so it was a no brainer to return to them when severe April storms revealed leaks in my parent's home roof and sliding was blown off in the storm. Joe was onsite on a Saturday to assess the work needed, produce an estimate with various scenarios for siding replacement and provide expertise on choosing the appropriate replacement products. His detailed estimate and photos were of great help in obtaining an appropriate insurance reimbursement for the storm damage. The project was underway before I returned to my home in California and Joe provided regular reports and pictures to document the project progress. I felt so comfortable that my 90 year old parents and their life long home were in great hands when I boarded my plane. Thank you Joe and everyone at JB Contractors! "We had brick work done. We had some masonry work done and his name is Mohammed and the name of the business is Salient Construction Incorporated. He did a good job. He left some debris in our gutters and that was the only complaint I had. He was timely. I will use them again in the future as the back wall needs thorough sealing. I have already spoken about it but it is probably going to be another year before I need it and that is not his problem. I don't think I need it just yet but when I do that I am going to probably call him to do it."
