"Luigi was a pleasure. His prices were not the highest, not the lowest, but when I met him for an estimate, he struck me as the most dependable, reasonable contractor to hire. That impression turned out to be true. In negotiating the price during the estimate, he kept a big picture point of view and didn't nickle and dime the smaller components of the job. For example, after agreeing on a price, as we walked to my porch to sign the contract, he noticed the bricks on my front steps could use some pointing and said he'd take of that at no additional charge. When the city decided to chop up the sidewalk to replace a gas line the day after we signed our contract, Luigi was very accommodating and split the job into thirds (something in my experience contractors don't like to do) to work around them. Luigi was on site during each day of work supervising his crew of two to three guys. He repaired and extended an existing retaining wall and coated the cement work with stucco to match the original wall. He replaced the front section of my driveway, and when the city ended up replacing the driveway apron which they demolished during the gas line replacement, but, which was also part of my contract with Luigi, Luigi actually refunded me a portion of the agreed-upon price. Luigi is honest, professional, and seems to me to know his trade. I'm very happy with his work and would highly recommend him."

"We hired JB to put in a short driveway and repair some broken concrete in front of our garage. It was a joint project with the next door neighbors, who also needed their bluestone sidewalk replaced with concrete in order to make a workable driveway. I asked if I could have the salvaged bluestone. JB took care of the city permits, and the workers were there at 8 AM, prying up bluestone and piling it neatly in my back yard. The driveway looks great."

He left some debris in our gutters and that was the only complaint I had. He was timely. I will use them again in the future as the back wall needs thorough sealing. I have already spoken about it but it is probably going to be another year before I need it and that is not his problem. I don't think I need it just yet but when I do that I am going to probably call him to do it."

A brick wall to give us privacy in the back of the house with a strip of paved flooring for our new outdoor grill and cabinets, front steps and paved pathway to the front entrance of the house. He was so patient and came up with a lot of great ideas such as adding out door multi color led strip lighting around the new wall and garage. Which adds a wonderful ambience to our outdoor entertaining. The price was fair and Micheal and his team were professional, worked precise and they take Pride in their Craft. "Martinez Brick came the following day to inspect my “3 sidewalk squares” for replacement. He told me the 4th one should also be replaced, as it was elevated. He gave me a price for 4 squares that was less than a competitors price for 3. Then he said that he would cut $400 off if I could do it “this Saturday”, a date at his convenience because he had a job close by. I said “great!” It rained Saturday and he couldn’t pour cement in the rain. He said “I’ll be there Tuesday”, and I’m honoring the discounted price. Okay. Monday night he called and said he will come Wednesday for sure because he doesn’t want his workers pouring cement in 98 degree heat! I like a boss who cares about his employees. He came on Wednesday and did a PERFECT job!"
