Thiago, the owner, replied quickly to my initial call, requested photos by text, and was able to come to my home within a couple of days to provide an estimate of the repair.  To my great relief, he had a break in their schedule, and within 3 days of the estimate, his team was able to come and repair the steps.  The men were very precise in their work, choosing each stone individually, and cleaned carefully after the job was complete.

"They were on time, which is so appreciated, they removed the bricks from the sink hole and showed me why the area sunk from the original construction years ago. Rerouted what needed to be rerouted, reset all the pavers properly, and cleaned up the entire area as if nothing was touched. I would not hesitate to use them again for any paving needs. They came every day and did the work quickly in blistering heat and humidity. I am very happy with the results."

"Willie was a pleasure to work with. He showed up right on time as scheduled. He placed a worn away brick on front of my house, he fixed the bricks on my stoop- reapplied poly sand and straightened the bricks. It was not a big job but he came within 2 days to get it done. He did a great job. He did exactly what I wanted with a little extra. He cleaned up the work area completely. I will use him again.. I even recommended him to my friends. Also, he gave me a good price.."

"Joe and JB General Contractors have done it again!!! They have exceeded all expectations with the quality of the work and the concierge services. We previously used JB for a sidewalk replacement project in Sept 2023 so it was a no brainer to return to them when severe April storms revealed leaks in my parent's home roof and sliding was blown off in the storm. Joe was onsite on a Saturday to assess the work needed, produce an estimate with various scenarios for siding replacement and provide expertise on choosing the appropriate replacement products. His detailed estimate and photos were of great help in obtaining an appropriate insurance reimbursement for the storm damage. The project was underway before I returned to my home in California and Joe provided regular reports and pictures to document the project progress.
