Thiago, the owner, replied quickly to my initial call, requested photos by text, and was able to come to my home within a couple of days to provide an estimate of the repair.  To my great relief, he had a break in their schedule, and within 3 days of the estimate, his team was able to come and repair the steps.  The men were very precise in their work, choosing each stone individually, and cleaned carefully after the job was complete.

"They were on time, which is so appreciated, they removed the bricks from the sink hole and showed me why the area sunk from the original construction years ago. Rerouted what needed to be rerouted, reset all the pavers properly, and cleaned up the entire area as if nothing was touched. I would not hesitate to use them again for any paving needs. "Sal and his crew did a lot of work for us last year - paver walkways, patio, and raised deck. He was great, quick, reasonable and we were thrilled with the work. We’ve gotten lots of compliments on the yard since then. We had a pool added on to the paver deck since then and when we reopened the pool this year we noticed that the pavers had sunken in a bit in the middle. I waited all summer to call Sal about it because I was afraid of the hassle I was sure it would be to get it fixed. I emailed Sal this week and he called me within 24 hours. He came that day to look at it and within another 24 hours, he and his crew had repaved the whole deck. No questions and no charge. He also replaced two stones that we had damaged, as a courtesy. Such a pleasure to work with and we’ll continue to give him our business."
