"I hired Joaquin to find a leak on the outer front wall of my stucco house in Flower Mound, TX. He showed up on time and gave me a very fair and honest price to get it repaired. He also recommended that I get all my windows re-sealed since they had not been done. He also gave me a fair price to do that. So, yesterday he showed up, on time, a re-sealed all my windows, repaired a few small cracks on my stucco and repaired the original leak (window leak). He did an outstanding job and will recommend him to my neighbors. If all contractors were like him, fair and honest, things would be much easier. He did a great job."

"Mr Davalos is amazing! We had bids that were 2 and 3 times more and we thought, “no way this guy is for real”. But his work was amazing. And he is the nicest person. Some of the stones were loose and he came out immediately and repaired. He calls to check and see if things are going well. I don’t even think he realizes he could charge so much more. I told him but he just smiled and said thank you. I know it’s hard to find good people who want to do good work but this guy is the best. I’m sure one day there will be a bad review for something but I do hope this review gets you to take a chance on him. We wanted a 22x22 patio with 6’ fire pit and did the work AND THEN added another 10x14 for a dining area for half the price anyone bid for the 22x22 alone. It almost cost the same for me to buy just the materials as he charged for the whole thing!"
