The final price would be determined by what he would find after digging and exposing the damage to my block foundation. After exposing all the block he fully explained what needed to be done and was on the job site promptly each day. The final price was right in the middle of the estimate and his work was exceptional. He is a skilled craftsman! He replaced the damaged block and at completion everything was cleaned up. The foundation was like new. I had an estimate from another contractor that was sky high.
