He suggested anchoring with rebar to prevent reoccurrence of the problem. He was there when he said he would be and arrived on time. Finished when promised. Final price was exactly as quoted. Good work. Honest. Highly recommend."

Yes, it takes awhile to get on his schedule - because he is in demand. Yes, it seems expensive - but not when considering the amount of work performed, the specific skills involved, the weather conditions, and the cost of supplies and labor. Nicolas and his team helped change my do-it-yourself brick pathway that tree roots had upheaved and which drained toward our deck, into a professional looking walkway with proper drainage. They removed and reused the bricks to create level and more functional storage areas. They put another pathway and stone steps into the slope down to the patio, which is now also finished with pavers. Nicolas was attentive to details and added requests, and guarantees their work and that you will be happy with it. We would recommend them and use them again without hesitation."

"My home has a chimney that was unsafe to use (cracked masonry liner). I dreaded the time and cost of a tear down and replacement. I contacted "Shamrock Chimney" and scheduled an appointment with their lead technician "Tony". He suggested a less costly and safer alternative (steel liner and a resealing of the outer brickwork. The work was performed over a two-day period. I am fully satisfied with the results. One thing I really apricate is the communication during the project. The "front office" would let me know by either phone or email when the project would start, and then Tony and would give me updates. All and all the whole process went smoothly. Also, this was my first time with "Angi", I hope to use their services again in the future."

"Outstanding! When Hutchins begin work on my lawn, probably 90% of it was dead! (Fescue installed by builder in 90 degree heat prior to closing!, then wasn't watered and builder went out of business so no recourse there.) When Jon began doing our lawn we asked him to re-sod thinking that was our only option, but instead of taking advantage of that opportunity for himself he told us he thought he could bring the lawn back (which would save us a fortune!) if we installed a sprinkler system and gave him a few seasons to aerate/over seed/treat for weeds etc. We followed his plan and within a year the lawn looked amazing (and even within just a few months it looked 90% better!) and now it is one of the best lawns in the n'hood. Neighbors regularly stop and comment on how great it looks, asking what we do! In addition, his employees are always polite and friendly and do a great job- even doing the little extras like bringing the trashcans up from the street when I'm not home.
