this was incredible, he did the 1 acre yard in approx. 3 month.  he build a pond, he build a green house, also stone side walks,the irrigation was readjusted by him.  his knowledge of mixing of plants to make what the owner wants is impressive. "This guy has saved me money. We went and picked up the tile that we liked and we brought a sample of it home to see if it matched with the furniture and things like that. I showed it to him and told him where I had priced it and he said he thought that he could get the same tile for a lesser rate elsewhere. He saved me $800 on the purchase, which he didn't have to do. This guy is very reputable and he does what ever he says he is going to do. The only limiting factor that I can perceive with him is that you need to be able to speak Spanish to talk to him. I think that he does as good a work as I have ever seen a tile man do. He can build it if you can describe it. He does other stuff too but I think that tiling is his strong seat. He had to work me in with other jobs because I wanted it done before Thanksgiving. He worked with me on that. He will come within 10 minutes of the scheduled time, one way or the other. This is my first experience with tiling and I really don't know what his competition is like. He has also done some painting for me since then."
