"Job was completed quickly. The patio flagstones were puzzled together ok, not the most level and some stones have too much indentation so you can stub a toe or trip. I wish they had spent more time choosing the stones, but overall we have a lovely working entertainment space. Price was very affordable."

We requested a bid from "Chimney Solutions", and a very knowledgeable technician (Quinton) gave us a comprehensive explanation of his approach and an understanding of the skill sets required to have a successful outcome. Quinton followed up the next day with a "line item" bid that reflected all of the specifics discussed on our walk through. He also patiently and promptly addressed a multitude of questions and concerns that we had. Likewise, the office personnel (Ashley) followed up by reviewing and verifying the scope of work. Next, the scheduler (Brandon) called to identify the two technicians that would be dispatched. Andy and Jose were punctual. In short order they had assessed the scope of work, placed their dropcloths, and with "coordinated " purpose got right to work. Eight hours later (with only a brief break) Andy and Jose had masterfully completed the job! With all the improvements and repairs (a new low-profile...cleverly placed gas shut-off valve and the hearth stone artfully restored to include gas fireplace logs reinstalled with thoughtful precision) the work area was left clean and you would be hard pressed to know that we had workmen here all day.
