I called them back about a week ago and left another message but no one has called me back. I had to mark yes or no and do an over all rating to submit. I did not want to give a bad rating since I don't know how their work is so since I marked yes and gave them 3 stars."

They do what they say and they are thorough. They replaced the mortar in old stone, cleaned up an entire stone house and walls, and treated the stone for water repellency.
