He did a fantastic job of explaining exactly the steps he would take to complete the project. Jeff was extremely responsive to all my questions and requirements. We had a very short deadline for the work to be completed. He went out of his way to rearrange his schedule in order to meet my deadline. In fact, he completed the project 2 weeks earlier than he originally promised. Jeff is meticulous in the work he does. His work is of the highest quality. He pays attention to every detail to ensure it is perfect. His quote was very reasonable. I consider the work he performed a great value for the money. "Took 3 visits but was well worth the time, attention and patience to get the job done right. First day was inspection and quote for repairs/materials. Work started that day to patch the cement crown that was cracked and channeling water down one side of the chimney eroding bricks. A bowed metal plate on the chimney to shed water between the two flue caps was flattened and sealed with cement so it did not show from the ground and so flies would stop entering into the house thru one of the flues. Crumbling mortar was replaced between bricks and bricks were waterproofed. The chimney was measured and the cap to cover the entire chimney was ordered. The 2nd visit got rained out. The 3rd visit was a good weather day and the cap was assembled, installed and cemented in place. It is amazing how strong the animal guard around the 4 sides of the chimney is. The crew at all times was friendly, courteous & very competent being careful to do the entire project as if it was their home."
