Contractor showed up to the job with one additional workman on time. Did a very nice job, and cleaned up well afterwards. He even fixed up a few spots needing additional concrete to fill gaps, and while he was at it, he provided estimates for repairs on rear steps, as well as some further touch-up work to restore the finish to some main wall brick area.
