"RSA Paving customer service is top notch from start to finish. I'm amazed at the extreme care that was taken. Considering I live on a narrow street where parking is at a premium & neighbors get ticked off easily & rightfully so. No debris was left, no neighbors overly inconvenienced & the street looked like RSA was never here. Rich & his crew get a big thumbs up from me. Jim L Halethorpe, Md"

Just a few hours later I was sent a detailed and comprehensive quote for what my project would cost me, he even made suggestions that actually saved me money.
