What started out as a small patio project turned into a much bigger project when I saw how amazing their work is. I had a giant patio done with a sitting wall and built-in fire pit. "We were looking into redoing our old deck and got a quote which we thought was reasonable for our large deck. Then for another estimate, we called 7th State Builders. They explained that for the same cost, we could get a paver stone patio (which in the long run is far less maintenance). The owner worked with our budget and the gentlemen who laid our pavers were extremely professional and worked within our wishes. They removed the deck and finished the patio in about a week. Awesome job! After a week or so, it had rain for a period of time and we noticed that a small dip in the patio was collecting a puddle. After a call, they came out and fixed the problem. We would definitely recommend this company for a patio."

I would subsequently discover this is not true, the new bars will rust. Perhaps there is some confusion and a good explanation for a misunderstanding, but I am disappointed. The work looks very good except for the items I hope to have touched up."
