"Prompt and courteous. Promptly came to give an estimate, which involved re-bricking the chimney and redoing the front brick stairs. Estimate for the work was received the same day. They scheduled the work a week later and arrived as scheduled working on both projects simultaneously. They kept me up-to-date on the progress. A major problem was found with the stairs and they discussed possible solutions. Estimate for the additional work was given immediately. The work was completed in 2 days with beautiful results. The crew did a great clean-up job after they were done. I would definitely recommend them."

They worked so hard all day (zero time wasted) and at the end of the day cleaned up (you would never know they were there). The men working for him were respectful and fixed anything we asked. (Small drips around the house and screens) Dimitri also did masonry maintenance work for us as well. I found him to be extremely responsive and very good to his workers. The former was in such bad condition he rescheduled work so he could get the job down that day! A few days later he and his crew came back to remove the badly worn chimney bricks and concrete crown and completely rebuild them. He had ordered and installed that day a custom cap. The crew was efficient and polite both days. Steve really helped me understand our own particular heating system and what to do going forward to keep it safe and efficient. Truly, kudos to Steve."

"We've worked with 4 or 5 other landscaping companies over the years, and they were ok. But Narrow Lane is in a completely different class. All the work was done promptly and efficiently, and the quality was outstanding. The extension of the paver walkway looks better than the original, and addition of the cobble border around the pebbled area makes a real difference to finished look of the yard. I especially appreciated extra touches: we had put in our own stone border where they put the cobbles, and rather than just dispose of the stones, they used them else where to prevent erosion. We were so pleased with the work, that we signed up for regular yard maintenance with them."
