"I had 5 other contractors over to inspect my problem that was a section of brick wall on my 1926 house that pulled away. Joe inspected and had knowledge of the condition and how it would be fixed. He and his crew arrived and set to work. They removed the section of brick piece by piece, saving all the pieces to reinstall. I wanted to replace the original brick on my house. They re-set all the brick,repairing the entire section of the house. New window lentals and new stone window sills were installed. Also addressed cracks and missing mortar around the entire house, repointing what was needed. They also repaired front porch brick and chimney stone. The crew worked like a fine oiled machine and cleaned up each evening. Iâ ve never had a contractor that I was so pleased with on all respects. "     Joe, Mo and team came to my house to re-pour a concrete walkway (front) and repair brick and paint my back extension.  It took two days, and I am very pleased with the results.

     They were very easy to work with, professional, and paid attention to detail.  For the walkway, I wanted a specific "look," to the concrete (sort of worn looking with the pebbles showing to match the rest of the walkway).  I must say, concrete is an area they excel in, the walkway could not have come out looking better!  And, they took the time to look around and fill-in extra areas around the front of the house with new cement where there were cracks.  In the back, they were quick, clean and efficient.  But the most important part is, when I had a problem (some of the paint washed away in a storm the same night it was applied -- either not enough time to cure properly or the brick was too wet when painted initially) I called Joe and he sent his team back to fix the issue right away.  They saw what needed to be done, and went straight to work. After they had re-painted the section in question, I pointedly asked if it would hold this time.  Mo, the foreman, said "you have a problem, you call and we will come back to fix it - no problem - we're not going anywhere."  And you know what?  I believe him.  

     I used these guys for another job a few weeks ago (installing cement patio in a rental property) and both jobs came out nicely. Would I use them again?  In a word: yes.   As I said in my previous review, they are not the cheapest guys in town, but you do get what you pay for.

"Sal and his crew did a lot of work for us last year - paver walkways, patio, and raised deck. He was great, quick, reasonable and we were thrilled with the work. We’ve gotten lots of compliments on the yard since then. We had a pool added on to the paver deck since then and when we reopened the pool this year we noticed that the pavers had sunken in a bit in the middle. I waited all summer to call Sal about it because I was afraid of the hassle I was sure it would be to get it fixed. I emailed Sal this week and he called me within 24 hours. He came that day to look at it and within another 24 hours, he and his crew had repaved the whole deck. No questions and no charge. He also replaced two stones that we had damaged, as a courtesy. Such a pleasure to work with and we’ll continue to give him our business."

"Before my long review just know you should use these guys I highly recommend the team at City Suburb! It is about 4 months post project and I am finally getting a chance to write a review. Had my brick front steps and landing completely repaired. The team replaced my broken stone steps, repointed the bricks, and poured a new concrete landing for me. The work was done in 3 days as quoted with the weather cooperating. They made little mess, cleaned while they worked, and cleaned up before they left everyday. Pricing was consistent with other quotes we received but the professionalism was what ultimately made me move forward. I had a digital contract for the work outlining the job, timeline, and cost the same day they came out to give me an estimate. I am going to have them come out and do additional waterproofing and stonework for me in the next few months."
