I confirmed that we would be available since he was already on his way & rescheduled a later appt. Unfortunately he was 35 min out & I could have kept the rescheduled appt. When Mr Stone arrived he described the work that would be done to my satisfaction & quoted me a price that is below their set minimum but was only available if I contracted with him then & there. When I explained I had other appts that I wanted to keep he explained that the price would increase by $175 if I waited. I continued to state there would be no decision today & he left noticeably upset & said we would receive a contract at the higher price. Today when I went back to our correspondence I found they have all been removed & initially the ability to review them on Angi was also unavailable. I found this completely unprofessional & the hard sell unacceptable."
