They came from Rogers to my house less than 2 weeks, after i called, on a Saturday, and finished in one day. Tuck/pointed 6 brick pillars, ground out the old mortar in the stone foundation, piped new mortar, put in a vent in the foundation and repaired the stone frame around the old one. Cleaned up after themselves and couldn't be more pleased. Made everything look new. I highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you again."

The reason I gave them a C is because they make appointments then don't show up. They know what they are doing if you can pin them down. I wasted an entire day waiting and messaging with them back and forth so they COULD have let me know they wouldn't be here . This is the second or third time this has happened. I messaged them after 4 and asked if they weren't coming but I got no response. The irony of this is that someone from consumer satisfaction called earlier today and I bragged at the job they had done. Guess I will be back on there looking for somrone.
