"We could not have been happier with H.M. Staggers! We found them to be extremely professional, capable, smart, fair priced, and all around nice to have around. Water was seeping into our cantilevered bay window that was surrounded by raised brick planter boxes. sitting four feet above the ground. The job demanded a “think outside the box” approach as this project had many layers. Henry devised a plan that included more than tuckpointing and repairing the brick walls. Working from the inside of the planter boxes out, insulation that included layers of materials previously absent were added, Cement, wood, stones and dirt on top. The brick was mortared and waterproofed and drainage holes were added. The estimate came back quickly; the crew was on time; completion of the work was done earlier than expected. Our yard was left in clean condition and Henry’s team found places for the extra dirt and gravel, eliminating the need for hauling away and paying for disposal of material."

"Our fireplace needed to be relined. When Jon and Ron looked at the project to provide a quote they observed additional items with bricks at the top of the chimney and cracked bricks in the fire box not communicated to me by another contractor. They worked safely and professionally to repair all the issues. At the end of the project they cleaned up and provided a complete walk thru of the job."

"83 masonry Reviewed my initial concern about areas of my home where the mortar was crumbling and falling out. It turned out that rusted lintels were no longer properly supported the brick around garden level windows and cracks were more extensive than I had initially detected. By their expert discerning of the underlying problem they provided a solution of new lintels with drainage to prevent it from happening again.
