"We could not have been happier with H.M. Staggers! We found them to be extremely professional, capable, smart, fair priced, and all around nice to have around. Water was seeping into our cantilevered bay window that was surrounded by raised brick planter boxes. sitting four feet above the ground. The job demanded a “think outside the box” approach as this project had many layers. Henry devised a plan that included more than tuckpointing and repairing the brick walls. Working from the inside of the planter boxes out, insulation that included layers of materials previously absent were added, Cement, wood, stones and dirt on top. The brick was mortared and waterproofed and drainage holes were added. The estimate came back quickly; the crew was on time; completion of the work was done earlier than expected. Our yard was left in clean condition and Henry’s team found places for the extra dirt and gravel, eliminating the need for hauling away and paying for disposal of material."

He handled all correspondence with the Village of Frankfort to obtain the work permit and shared every step of the process. He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to explain the reason for the split from the brick work and drywall. Upon one visual inspection, he was able to determine the materials that would match. While I was nervous about the possibility of the materials not matching, honestly... you cannot tell the rework was not included in the original build. "Can't say enough good things about our experience with AAA-1 Masonry & Tuckpointing. We had two holding walls with brick that was deteriorating. They power washed to identify which bricks needed to be removed and swapped out those bricks with new ones. In addition they replaced the capstones on the two walls with larger capstones to provide the walls more protection from the elements. Everything was sealed and completed flawlessly. The crew was experienced and professional. Since the work was done this summer, our walls don't even get wet from rain!
