"NW Builders & Renovation did my roof last summer. Ben Was very professional. He arrived on time explained the process slowly and answered all the questions we had. We didn t want the little shed in the back to be done but they offered to do it for the same price. We also had couple more estimates and the price was more then fare. "We requested a bid for our project on Thursday night. Ana came out Saturday to see the scope of what we needed. She had our bid to us within a couple of hours and it was almost exactly what we thought the job should cost. We hired her without even getting a 2nd bid. Her guys (3 of them) came out the following Friday, started before 8, and stayed until after 7. They worked their butts off! Our brick patio is PERFECT! We could not be more pleased! Honestly, we were in awe! Their service was awesome, the prices were very competitive, and the quality of their work is superb! We would hire them again in a heartbeat. And before they left, they cleaned everything up including a light pressure washing of our new patio, plus washing a brick path we had put in and a wash down of our shed! Hire them! You will not be sorry! Thanks Ana and crew!"

"The team at Pure Home Remodeling did a fantastic job. We have completed two renovations with Pure Home Remodeling and the second one was just recently. They converted our existing master suite to an additional bedroom with walk-in closets, painted the hallway with addition of crown molding and remodeled the patio. In the patio, they did all the hard-scape (fire pit/table and BBQ area). The paperwork from the estimate all the way to the finish of the work, was organized in details and they finished the entire work with a minor delay. Most of the delays happened because there were several issues with the materials that we purchased and they were not in stock. Most project issues that were raised during the work, were handled professionally by our project manager, his team and subcontractors which helped tremendously in solving them quickly and efficiently. We can't be happier with this entire experience with them and mainly with the way this remodeling came out, because we know personally about bad cases where work was not done professionally OR they were abandon in the middle. We are very thankful that our remodeling project went like that."

"If you need reliable contractor, my strong recommendation is Palm Construction. I hired them to build a deck and they did phenomenal job. Ray and his brilliant team made this project simple and non painful. I worked with many contractors and this was my best experience. They also charged at the end very reasonable final price, although quality of materials is superb. I can't recommend enough!"

"My 1938 home (purchased in August 2022) was in need of serious repair, especially the brick exterior and chimney. Several other contractors gave estimates that seemed either clueless or predatory. Then came Ekraam - the master technician from Powers. He was kind enough to make the drive from up north to West Seattle on a Saturday when the bridge was still out! One look at my house and he said that any repair to the brick would be worthless in a couple of years. Better to remove it and replace it or put on siding instead. As for the chimney, he asked why I needed it since the house had no fireplace. Briefly stated, he could have sold me a job but instead he informed and counselled me on how to solve it. I ran out of time for repairs so the lovely and amazingly organized Connie - my contact at powers - arranged for Ekraam to remove the chimney on very short notice. The work was very professional, reasonable and appreciated. Honesty and Knowledge are a great combination! Thank You Ekraam, Connie and Powers Chimney & Masonry!!!!"

"One word, FABULOUS! Fredy and his crew started on time and completed the job in one day. The job involved removing old dead sod, installing an underground sprinkler system, bringing in new top soil, laying out new sod, installing a border of cement bricks, and beauty bark around the flowerbeds. I recommend this business without reservation."

"We are an HOA. I contacted them and received word back the same day. They came out right away and gave us a fair estimate and told us all the work that they would be doing in the quote. When it was time for them to do the work we agreed on a day and they came out that very next day as promised. They did an excellent job on our rain garden. Everything they listed on the quote they followed through and completed. Very pleased with the job they did! 5 stars!!!!! I highly recommend them!!!"
