"Scott was wonderful from start to finish. He came out and provided an estimate and was ready to start once we gave him the green light. He handled all correspondence with the Village of Frankfort to obtain the work permit and shared every step of the process. He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to explain the reason for the split from the brick work and drywall. Upon one visual inspection, he was able to determine the materials that would match. While I was nervous about the possibility of the materials not matching, honestly... you cannot tell the rework was not included in the original build. He and his team did a beautiful job with the reconstruction! Greatly appreciated!"

"83 masonry Reviewed my initial concern about areas of my home where the mortar was crumbling and falling out. It turned out that rusted lintels were no longer properly supported the brick around garden level windows and cracks were more extensive than I had initially detected. By their expert discerning of the underlying problem they provided a solution of new lintels with drainage to prevent it from happening again. They arrived early the day of the job, the owner was on site entire time participating in the work and provided insights throughout the repair about what was happening. They also supplied before and after photos, and left the work site spotless. Patient, detailed and knowledgeable. Great experience."

"Chuy and his crew came and were able to completely refurbish the worn out stone at the front of my home. It’s a complete upgrade, and the home has great curb appeal. Prices are very reasonable, and the team is very friendly and professional. Great experience."

"Exceeded all expectations. Outstanding attention to detail and professionalism. Understood what we wanted to achieve completely. Was able to match 55 year old bricks almost perfectly."

"Can't say enough good things about our experience with AAA-1 Masonry & Tuckpointing. We had two holding walls with brick that was deteriorating. They power washed to identify which bricks needed to be removed and swapped out those bricks with new ones. In addition they replaced the capstones on the two walls with larger capstones to provide the walls more protection from the elements. Everything was sealed and completed flawlessly. The crew was experienced and professional. Since the work was done this summer, our walls don't even get wet from rain! We are so grateful for the expert repair but also the guidance that replacing the capstones would provide more of a long term solution. Highly recommend these guys for your masonry needs."

"I worked with Dan of Zandstra Masonry on a brick mailbox project and he was professional throughout the entire project. The work was outstanding and most of our neighbors are considering doing the same thing. Fairly priced and completed within promised time frame. There was some confusion on payment terms, but Dan resolved it immediately. High integrity! Would use again for any masonry project."

"I was pleased with their service and thoroughness. In the inspection they identified numerous cracks in the external brick but was unable to schedule repair before spring."

"Initially I was looking to get some masonry fixed. Rob came by and pointed out the chimney was in very bad shape. There were cracks in the crown and deteriorated mortar. He provided a quote and a thorough explanation of what work would be done, and followed up with pictures once complete. He was accommodating with my scheduling. He was very easy to work with and it turned out great! Thank you!"

"Mario was very professional and explained what he and his team would be doing to repair our cement window sill, tuck pointing our brick work and replacing several damaged bricks in our chimney and resealing the cap. He came for the estimate in two days and was able to complete the job three days later. Excellent service. We would highly recommend them! He also took before and after photos of our chimney so we could see the quality repair they did."
