"Number one in communications and top attention in details. We worked with Geico Builders to build our addition, ADU and install pavers on the front of the house. Overall the process took us almost one year they were delays from the city of Oakland on approval plans despite that Victor went above and beyond and smooth all process once they got to actual building. He work hard to make progress easy on our addition especially with tough Inspectors. The quality of our new ADU well-built, and the bathroom has a great tile work with precise attention to details. Their price was not the cheapest one but for the amount of time and quality of work it’s very well deserved, we feel like we got good value for the money we paid. We do recommend Geico Builders and especially Victor to all who is looking for quality work."

"Working with the team at Pavers Express was super easy and we are so pleased with our end product! They helped us come up with a plan for both our front and back yards. We have two little boys and wanted to rearrange our backyard. We worked together to come up with a plan for a new bluestone patio with fire-it (which we use ALL the time!), turf for the kids to play and a place to grow our veggies. We spend so much more time outside now! They also did our entire front yard. We extended our driveway to make it bigger so the car doors don't hit each other. We love the pavers and it instantly elevated the look of our home. They were able to run piping for irrigation and did turf in the front of our home. My favorite part of it all are the blue stone stepping stones up to our front door. we now have a modern house with VERY little maintenance. Also pleased with light carpentry to repair fence gates, reinforce some wobbly fence posts, and also hauling away fallen branches and leaves. Always show up on time, review what is to be done and a walk-through afterwards to be sure I'm satisfied with everything. A polite and professional team.
