While looking at the retaining wall and stairs, he did notice that my foundation wall was starting to buckle in. The crew that he had assigned to the job were very polite and professional. They answered all my questions while they were working. The crew did a good job cleaning up after the work was completed and walked me through on what they did. During the build he worked with the Town to ensure all codes were met. When some of the building materials were not up to his standard he went back and ensured we had the absolute best quality even if it delayed him by a day. We have already scheduled him and the crew for our next update. His crew are just amazing too. There is a high level of respect between them and Tom and they also are detailed focused ensuring the best quality product. The inspector even commented that this is the best work he’s seen. They cleaned up all the materials after. This is the team you want!!"
