Companies don't return calls; make appointments and don't show; charge outrageous prices; do poor quality work. We contacted Mind Craft Masonry regarding a cinderblock retaining wall that needed repair. Ian Sr. returned our call promptly. He made an appointment to give a quote for the work and showed up on time. He was available quickly to do the job. He and his son showed up on time. The work was done beautifully. They cleaned up well and were friendly. What a great example of how a company should be run. Thank you!"

"Couldn't be more pleased with Craig's work. Had a crack in the mortar of our brick fireplace, and one loose brick. This also happened some years ago, and the company hired just skim-coated some mortar over the crack. This time Craig chipped all the mortar out, and discovered numerous loose bricks. Even though the repair ended up being more extensive than anticipated, Craig stuck to his price quote (we did compensate extra for the extra work). He left the worksite clean and tidy."

Dave responded to calls and questions, showed up when he said he would, was upfront with options and pricing. Overall, this was a great experience and the chimney looks great. "Juan and his team did an excellent job on our landscaping. He was able to helped me figure out my restainig wall design (he provided me several options to choose from), removed all the old landscaping (bushes and plants), trimmed one of our trees, put in the new retaining wall and added a few low maintenance plants (which is what I requested) and added some volcanic rock (for low maintenance). We are extremely happy with the end result. It was worth every penny."
