"Number one in communications and top attention in details. We worked with Geico Builders to build our addition, ADU and install pavers on the front of the house. Overall the process took us almost one year they were delays from the city of Oakland on approval plans despite that Victor went above and beyond and smooth all process once they got to actual building. He work hard to make progress easy on our addition especially with tough Inspectors. The quality of our new ADU well-built, and the bathroom has a great tile work with precise attention to details. Their price was not the cheapest one but for the amount of time and quality of work it’s very well deserved, we feel like we got good value for the money we paid. We do recommend Geico Builders and especially Victor to all who is looking for quality work."

"Working with the team at Pavers Express was super easy and we are so pleased with our end product! They helped us come up with a plan for both our front and back yards. We have two little boys and wanted to rearrange our backyard. We worked together to come up with a plan for a new bluestone patio with fire-it (which we use ALL the time!), turf for the kids to play and a place to grow our veggies. We spend so much more time outside now! They also did our entire front yard. We extended our driveway to make it bigger so the car doors don't hit each other. We love the pavers and it instantly elevated the look of our home. They were able to run piping for irrigation and did turf in the front of our home. My favorite part of it all are the blue stone stepping stones up to our front door. we now have a modern house with VERY little maintenance. We are so happy with their work and we love our outdoor space!"

"Excellent work laying out a residential landscape using pine bark with river stone walkways lined by larger rocks creating decorative paths for low maintenance, water conserving and weed free garden access. Also pleased with light carpentry to repair fence gates, reinforce some wobbly fence posts, and also hauling away fallen branches and leaves. Always show up on time, review what is to be done and a walk-through afterwards to be sure I'm satisfied with everything. A polite and professional team. Have employed them several times this year, on the recommendation of a friend."

"I had a 35-year old brick walkway that had sunk a little relative to my driveway and talked to Kelly about digging out the bricks, putting in a new vertical French drain, redoing the walkway base and reinstalling the bricks. Kelly quoted me a fair price and did a fantastic job. He and his helper worked two days to get everything right, showed up on time, were always professional and did a spotless job cleaning up after themselves."

"Vinny and his team did a wonderful job. They did twice as much work (both front and backyards) for half the price that another company quoted me for the backyard alone. Vinny gave great suggestions that improved on our original vision for the space. Vinny also has great foresight and suggested we redo the concrete and install irrigation to save money in the future. Good thing he did, because our neighbor told me that the yard was prone to flooding last year (during the previous owner’s tenure). "Candido and his crew were fantastic! We hired them to completely makeover our backyard. They had to remove piles of dirt, bushes, old trees, take up the old cement and then lay new sod, lay an entire new concrete patio, and create gorgeous planters for us that surround the entire yard. The entire project was shockingly completed in a week and looked amazing. We have since hired him to put in irrigation systems in our planters and sprinklers in the yard. We also hired him to do front yard clearing work and weeding and that was done in one day. We also recently hired him to take down a closet in a small room to make it bigger, and his crew did that, patched the ceiling, relaid flooring, and then painted the room for us over a week - it turned out amazing! We look forward to hiring Candido for future projects - his crew seems to be able to do it all. Always very quick and the work is great."
