"The reviews do not lie! David Ricard and his team are true pros. I called them out to do repointing work on the brick on our home. Not only were they quick to respond and showed up to do the estimate the next day, their pricing was reasonable and they were efficient in their work. If you have any masonry job you need, save some time and make David Ricard your first call."

"Highly recommend. Timely and reasonable estimate. Very knowledgeable on how to do the repairs. Once schedule they were there on time and finished in estimated time. Great result!"

"Don t even bother getting quotes from other contractors, just call King Level Construction. Luis and his crew arrived on time, got the job completed earlier than expected, they went over and above, and cleaned everything up. I highly recommend King Level Construction. Kathy P."

"They were on time. And stayed on schedule with the work. They also helped out with adjusting to our budget helping us choose the best materials for our project."

"Brian was great to work with on this project.  His business is family owned and the team was small but very efficient.  He said it would take less than a week and they finished in 4 days.  We had several estimates and he was very competitive in price.  He provided a contract with details of the job and breakdowns of the costs of different parts of the project. He made us feel at ease with him and there was no sales pitch - a joy to deal with.  He provided guidance and help on the design in the beginning but was open to our ideas.  He made suggestions if needed to help us.  It was our decision in the end.  We were very comfortable with him and viewed his website for examples of his work - he delivers just like the examples.   He implemented the work beautifully.  He could not start due to significant rains that delayed other work and our yard could not have sustained work until the rains subsided anyway.  The finished work blends well with the new addition and deck.  There is a stone wall installed as part of the deck construction and all the materials recommended worked well with the wall and deck colors.  A step was needed between two sections of patio and he used the same stone wall material to blend everything.  Sometimes you imagine how something might look and Brian delivered it.  They took care of all materials, equipment and cleaned up afterwards with seeding/hay of the areas disturbed around the yard.  He replaced our fence rails each night so we could take our dog out.  He actually took two areas of dirt and sod from old gardens and spread them as part of the terrain and seeded that area as well.  All that we need to do is plant our shrubs and have the parties!  Highly recommended!

"They were amazing. I mean it really looks good. I think that if I paid less, it might not have looked quite as good. They were really professionals that knew what they were doing. The way they did the retaining wall just looks really really nice. I would give them higher than an A in some way. They were so nice. There were so many of them, and they worked so fast. They were experts. The salesman was also excellent because he took into part what I was trying to convey, and he designed it. He kept showing me, and we kept sort of tweaking it. You want that. They were punctual. They were scheduled for a week or so later, and I called and asked if they could come earlier because they had an opening in their schedule. They like to keep their crews working constantly, and I had really wanted it done as soon as possible. So I agreed. They came and they were right on time. They worked very hard. They always cleaned up after themselves. I mean so many leave a mess or leave a part of it undone. Plus, it just exceeded my expectations of how it looked in the end."

"Awesome experience based on the professionalism and timelines of the . double concrete and brick patio beautiful"

"I do not normally write reviews, but I feel like I should let other people know about this company. I could write an entire essay on my experience with them but I will try and keep it short. I hired HL to redo my entire front lawn with new walkways, retaining walls, plants, mulch, and trees. I spent over $17,000 and thought I was getting a great deal. Dave and his group were very nice at first but once work had begun things quickly changed. They would say nice stuff to my face but I would catch them saying bad things about me behind my back. They had horrible communication with me, they rushed to get to the next job, and I had several problems with their work. The amount of stress they caused me was truly unfair to me. I eventually got most of the problems fixed. One of those problems was they did not install weed fabric under all my beds as discussed. They came back and fixed it but did a horrible job. They also put barely enough mulch back to cover the fabric and dirt so now I have a literal jungle in most areas. I was not happy before I paid but no amount of money is worth the issues they caused me. They even put grass seed in the mulched areas that are now grass. I would have tried to get them to come back out for the fourth time but it is not worth the stress. I expect a little maintenance but my yard looks nothing that was agreed to. I will have to fix it myself in the spring but I had to write this review because everyday I look at my yard and I am not pleased. Reading the other reviews makes mine stick out but I would not recommend them. Spend your money on a better company. UPDATE: Owner reached out to remedy the issue. They came out and pulled out all old mulch, weed, and weed fabric and replaced them. Looks much better. They seem to have taken more care this time and I hope it works. Fabric seems to have been put down better with more mulch too. I hope the mulch is deep enough with a combination of fabric to stop most weeds in the spring."

"Jeff and his crew were great to work with. The porch looks amazing!! They poured footers, built block walls, filled in around the walls, poured and finished the concrete porch and stairs. I would definitely hire them again!!!"

"Perfect, 2 courteous gentlemen were here for 2 days and redid our front patio that my parents build 16 years ago. Some of the rows of bricks were sinking. They took all the bricks up and repaired the border and laid the bricks back down and the patio looks brand new. It truly looks professional now and the guys were a pleasant to work with."
