"I contacted Dan through Angie's List and the next day he evaluated my 91 year old mother's front brick steps, railings and cracked concrete walk leading to the stairs. He gave her a very fair price and did an outstanding job. My mother lives on her own and Dan kept both her and me, by texts and photos ,informed of the project as it progressed. He was very professional and courteous and left the work area clean."

"Henry repaired both corners on both sets of stairs on my property he made it match the original design and also fixed the bottom of the steps. He fixed my landing making it more comfortable to get in and out of my home and also painted the entire steps after pressure washing everything. He went above and beyond and kept me updated along the way. He was kind and professional."

"Mark and John showed up on time to evaluate the work I needed done. The job entailed: 1. Replacing front steps with Granite 2. re-pointing bricks on 4 corners of my home built in 1860 Unfortunately once the job started, we found out that the people who built the foundation used slate on top of the stone as a base and over the years the slate crumbled and the bricks in the corneers shifted thus becoming unstable. The solution, rebuild the base and reinforce the brick wall with reba. The job was done on time and for a fair price"

"James repaired leaks into our house from he chimney. He replaced the flashing repointed some bricks and waterproofed the bricks. It looks excellent."

"On time and on budget. And very easy to work with. I'll be going to Justin (The Cape Cod Mason) for all my future masonry work."

"Mike and his crew were great. They did a great job repairing the bricks around our pool. They were very courteous, timely and kept the yard clean after they left each day. Would definitely recommend them!"

"Matt and his partner did a fantastic job on my plant bed granite cobble stone borders. They were efficient, meticulous, easy to talk to and friendly. Took their time in laying the stones to ensure they were level and curved around the beds. Would definitely recommend them."

"It was a pleasure working with Ron and his company. The design process went back and forth a few times and Ron was always very helpful and reasonable and had great ideas on how our landscaping could be improved. The final plan is something that we were very happy with.
Given that experience, we decided to hire him to install part of the plan (we could not afford to do it all at once). We established our total budget with Ron and he determined, given our priorities, what could be accomplished with the funds we had available. While it was not inexpensive, it was reasonable given how much physical labor was involved as well as the materials that the Narrow Lane uses (all of very high quality). Once that was agreed to and scheduled, everything went very smoothly. Ron was totally available, friendly and responsive if I had questions (and I did). He stands by the work of his company and everything they did looked amazing. The patio and path that they put in for us exceeded our expectations in terms of how beautifully done they both were. The plantings looked good, but they were installed in the fall, so we will know better how they really look in a few months. I have confidence that they will be beautiful and if any do not survive in the first year, they are guaranteed by the Narrow Lane to be replaced.
Ron was a pleasure to work with, oversaw the work effectively and is creative and has excellent taste with his design approach. I highly recommend him and his company and look forward to continuing to work with them as we install additional parts of the landscape plan.
