"Did a great job thanks for all the help. See you in the spring with addition projects."

"Franos and his team were terrific to work with. In bidding process not only was he cheapest but he spent the most time with me discussing options and how to save the most and get a good product. They did the work as described and on time. Even working weekends to get caught up after two days of hard rain. After he wouldn’t take final payment until we had a chance to go over the project. It was complicated in that we used copper flashing along the entire edge of the flat roof to cover up brick that had adhesive attached from the prior roof. He created this solution and it looks really nice. Very good experience."

"They think of the people and their home. If you donâ t need anything, they will tell you and not do it for the money. Great company to work with. I will always use them for my home repairs!!"

"I called several people and no one was able to fix the issue. I didn't have anyone else to call so I chose Angie's list. The problem was solved. Thank you for directing us to Shamrock."

"They did a good job. The driveway is old and not in the best shape, but it looks great now."

"Perez Landscaping & Maintenance were amazing to work with. They finished a difficult retaining wall install in ONE day. They were kind and professional. Would 1000% recommend hiring them for any project."

"I couldn t hire them at this time due an unexpected health concern that would limit my time at my job. I plan to hire them in the future."

"I submitted note to Steve through Angie's Listing requesting his services.  I added photos since ours seemed to be quite the job.  He called and came out right away to survey what needed to be done. Steve went over the various options so our home would have a quality look when the repairs were completed.  The brick had to be removed and replaced on one side of our garage door.  Also, our other side was buckling due to water on sidewalk, etc.  Steve and his group removed old brick, then replaced with some new and a few old brick for color and continuity.   It was quite the job.  I was also given various ideas to repair other items that needed attention.  The job was completed within the time frame Steve quoted and even below the cost.

Our home looks beautiful, the brick and grout color accurately matched and brickwork seamless.

Steve and his group was very friendly, professional, and very hard workers.  I was extremely pleased with this company and would certainly call again for their quality service.
