"Terry was great and did for him what I'm sure was a small job, but solved a great problem for me. T-Bolt had it done in no time at all and Terry is a great guy. I would definitely recommend him and use him again on future projects."

"Wafa Masonry was fantastic. They cleaned, restored, and added water repellent to our brick wall. We appreciated their efficiency, skill, and great customer service!"

"Spencer Construction and the entire spencerbrix.com team were amazing to work with! They came out to my home and listened to exactly what I wanted to do. I came into the project with an idea of what I want to do on the most fundamental level, they worked with me in breaking the project down in phases. Kevin's team guided me towards the beautiful end product by providing creative insight, recommendations and choosing only the best material for the job by providing transparency on cost vs quality. I just moved into the home, and this was one of first 'facelift' projects I wanted to do make the home my own. Now I often double back at the true transformation his team was able to complete, by installing real stone over the face of my attached garage and the face of my home, then replacing a rotted wood pathway with a stone pathway."

"Domenic repaired a large brick planter at the entrance to our home that had been damaged by weather over the years. His bid was prompt and reasonable. He was able to get the job done quickly and his communication throughout the project was excellent. The repairs were excellent and done without making a mess. We can't even tell the planter was ever damaged. I would not hesitate to hire Domenic to do work in the future or recommend him to family and friends."

"Absolutely the best! Our project was installation of a pea gravel driveway with edging, a boulder wall and stone transitions where it met concrete. When finished it was beyond our expectations! * incredible attention to detail led to beautiful results * crew was professional and timely as promised* excellent communication with Simma all the way through * project completed within timeframe estimate * and best of all.. no nonsense with anything!"

"Great! They were very fair on the price and did a great job. We'll be using them again on a yearly basis to clean out our chimneys. Thank you!"

"We bought a house built in 1930; it is partially brick-clad and has two brick chimneys. Our remodel contractor referred us to a mason who, because of other commitments, could only do one aspect of our job, and on completion, referred us to Powers. This was one of the most fortunate referrals we used. Working with Powers starts with a call to the office and from the get-go, that connection is outstanding. Connie was my go-to office person and she is organized, excellent at communicating (notifies you of when and who to expect re estimates and work), follows through with concerns, and handles billings efficiently and transparently. Absolutely A+. Then, there is the actual work: set-up to clean-up is totally professional, and again, transparent. Variety, quality and cost of materials is discussed; questions are answered; work is careful, thorough and efficient. Masonry work needed is assessed and described on a priority basis. If your masonry needs sealing, it is only done after the correct amount of drying time is achieved -- careful scheduling and rescheduling is arranged around the weather and curing of mortar. If you want to re-use bricks, they are chosen deliberately for quality, size, type, and appearance, and they are integrated and set appropriately. Our job involved several independent aspects: chimney inspections, removing and bricking in of a window, sealing, rowlock and wall tuck-pointing, then, new construction with recycled bricks that needed to be matched to existing brickwork. There were multiple visits over a period of time, but continuity was assured through Ekraam, who continued as the lead on all the work done for our job. Another A+. Absolutely everything about this company speaks to ensuring excellent work at a competitive cost. We recommend them highly and are so pleased we were referred to them by another masonry company of established excellent repute."

"Harry and his crew did an excellent job for us. They removed an old ineffective retaining wall, and installed two solid new walls in its place. They also removed a cracked concrete walkway and a gravel walkway and replaced them with a beautiful stone path. We highly recommend them!"

"Wu Construction did an excellent job for us. Greg estimated what work needed to be done and we scheduled it as quickly as possible. The crew was on-time, very efficient and did a really nice job keeping things as clean as possible, which is no easy task when repairs are done to a wet & muddy foundation area. A full interior perimeter drainage and sump pump system was installed to eliminate standing water in the crawl space. The crew also removed all old floor insulation and installed new R-30 insulation. The crawl space was completely cleaned up and a new vapor barrier was installed. Everything was completed as agreed upon - all at a very fair & reasonable price. The crew even installed a permanent access ladder to the area so it would be easier to get into the crawl space area. I'd highly recommend Wu Construction for any drainage or foundation work needed to your home or business. Greg, the Estimator/Scheduler and Thomas Wang, the Construction Manager were a pleasure to work with. They kept us up-to-date on everything and were true to their word. I look forward to working with them again, as needed."

"Randy and team did an excellent job on our walkway. They were prompt, stayed in close communication, and were ready to go when the weather allowed. Our walkway looks fantastic and is safe which was our primary concern. We couldn't be happier and would highly recommend!"
