"Hired Black Diamond for site prep and installation of two back yard brick paver patios and walkway. From first contact to project completion was about one month. Michael Martinez provided excellent design suggestions, supervision and communication throughout the project. Project consisted of a little demolition but mostly laying out and paving about 1300 sq. ft. of Belgard paving stones. Workers were very hard working and reliable. Job site cleanup was excellent. In summary, Michael and BD did what they said they would do in a very professional manner. I would certainly recommend Black Diamond to others."

Overall the process took us almost one year they were delays from the city of Oakland on approval plans despite that Victor went above and beyond and smooth all process once they got to actual building.
