He replaced that entire length with a beautiful split-faced masonry wall and poured a new concrete walkway to improve access to the backyard. Jim is the ultimate professional. He takes great pride in his work, loves to talk masonry and answer questions about the project, and is very transparent about pricing. The walkway was an add-on to the original project scope due to some unexpected circumstances uncovered during excavation, but he explained this at length and took photos so I could see why the additional work was required. "It went flawlessly. The three guys arrived on time and made fast work of disassembling our granite slab front steps, by hand. They created a new reinforced base with crushed stone and reassembled the slabs to a new level surface. They patched two concrete retaining walls. Then the attacked the 37-year dirt build-up on our large concrete patio. They cut and filled a few large cracks and pressure washed the surface so that it now looks like a completely different patio. I could not be happier with the completed results of these three too-hard-for-us projects. Excellent work by three very hardworking professionals!"
