"I have tried to get up with Archie's Stone and Fireplace. I called and left a message or maybe 2 messages about 2 or 3 weeks ago and a few days later someone called but I missed the call. I called them back about a week ago and left another message but no one has called me back. I had to mark yes or no and do an over all rating to submit. I did not want to give a bad rating since I don't know how their work is so since I marked yes and gave them 3 stars."

They do what they say and they are thorough. They replaced the mortar in old stone, cleaned up an entire stone house and walls, and treated the stone for water repellency. "The job sounded amazing on paper and after completion is well beyond our wildest expectations. We were given pictures of prior jobs and had a good idea of how everything would look, however the beauty of the EPAY wood once it was finished made an excellent building job truly a masterpiece in our opinion. We have a dark red brick home which is now complemented by a dark red wood and natural finish on our western cedar deck. The crew supervised by Flipp was extremely professional, organized and worked extremely well together. They lunched on the property in their mobile van and worked throughout the work day, always cleaning up after themselves. The company also had Gina as their customer liason who would visit and go over paperwork and check up regularly with us on the progress of the project and for feedback after the work was completed. The owner of the company was present at completion to inspect and was very responsive to fixing any imperfections that we noted after the job was completed. We are completed delighted with the work done on our deck and look forward to enjoying the lifetime of our deck and being able to do more outdoor living and entertainment at our home."

"I have had this brick wall down at my house for a while, and would like to give a shout out to Redemption Property Restoration who came in and dealt with this while I was at work. I came home and all was taken care of. Hauling off the old brick was included in my price, but these guys walked my entire yard picking up bricks to ensure not one brick was left on my property that was not attached to my home! They also filled in all the cracks I had on the backside of my house at no additional cost to me. For anyone out there needing work done at home, I would recommend this team of men to anyone!
