"Took 3 visits but was well worth the time, attention and patience to get the job done right. First day was inspection and quote for repairs/materials. Work started that day to patch the cement crown that was cracked and channeling water down one side of the chimney eroding bricks. A bowed metal plate on the chimney to shed water between the two flue caps was flattened and sealed with cement so it did not show from the ground and so flies would stop entering into the house thru one of the flues. Crumbling mortar was replaced between bricks and bricks were waterproofed. The chimney was measured and the cap to cover the entire chimney was ordered. The 2nd visit got rained out. The 3rd visit was a good weather day and the cap was assembled, installed and cemented in place. It is amazing how strong the animal guard around the 4 sides of the chimney is. The crew at all times was friendly, courteous & very competent being careful to do the entire project as if it was their home."

We liked his work so much that we hired him to build a platform landing or step at the back door to our house. Constructed of slab rock and brick pavers. the platform landing blended so well with an adjoining paver patio, you would never know that the two areas were installed years apart. We like his work so much that we have invited him back in April 2015 to continue the transformation of our property. We would recommend Barry and Utopia without hesitation to friends, family and folks we have yet to meet. Costs of the projects $15,300."

"Mauro had contacted me probably about 3 weeks ago told him what my project entailed. He gave me prices for a white vinyl fence a tan and also an Adobe color fence. I was very interested in a 6x8 ft vinyl fence to cover for privacy not to see my neighbor all the time... He came through with a very very reasonable number for the fence that I wanted and also his labor rate was quite reasonable as well. I chose an 8 ft by 6 ft fence... Adobe color I had 72 ft of fence to put up on my property line as a nice quiet barrier for privacy. He and his men did a beautiful job and they did a very clean job I will supply pictures ...."
