"Superb. Initial meeting & project walk through with Holly (project mgr, sales, & likely a few other hats in this family business) generated a detailed scope of work & bid within 2 days. I mulled over that as well as ideas we had discussed during, & that occurred to me after, initial meet. Had a followup meet to walk through & refine those ideas. Received email with updated scope and bid. We agreed to reasonable payment terms, met again to sign contract & make down payment to begin work. We met once more day before job start with Manuel (owner & foreman) to walkthru & ensure all on the same page. Due to time of year, they estimated completing job within 10 calendar days. 4-man crew showed up on day 1 and when I got home that night was impressed with progress - entire area was essentially prepped - digging, leveling, removing existing bricks & stones, 1 bush removed & replanted elsewhere. I worked from home next day and saw very coordinated efforts resulting in major portions in place by end of day 2. Day 3 was cut short by rain, but still managed to complete entire job by end of day 4. And that included a couple of tweaks (which direction pavers would run) and then some actual additions (expanded curbside landing & an additional retaining wall). Those last 2 were change orders & painless, pricing based on additional material. At end of job everything was cleaned up, put back in place, and looks better than I'd imagined. This is the second job NGL has done for us & I cannot imagine going with anyone else if we have future work."

"Thomas Wang came out very quickly to take a look and go over our options. He gave us bids for a gravity drain for two of the sides, a sump pump for two of the sides, and a sump pump for the full perimeter (~25" x 30", about 110 linear feet) each with a 25 year warranty. We went with the full perimeter since all of the bottom floor is below grade. Over the course of 2 days they jackhammered the trench, laid pipe, placed the stones, installed the sump pump, positioned the dry well, refilled with cement, and studded back the portion of the wall they had to cut. It's been about 4 months and our basement is dry and smells better. We had one issue with the dry well spilling onto the street and freezing. After emailing, Thomas sent some guys and they moved the drywell the next working day and solved the problem. (And in their defense, I had told the crew where to put the drywell in the problem spot.) We're happy with the work and would recommend them."
